the Mine Roller would be a nice add on if you have the Merk in the stash already the AUF1 looks like a beast of a tank

an interesting update to the release of the Meng French AUF1 SPG.
i was browsing the tamiya mag Fb site when i came across an apology from meng for an error on the AUF1 boxart which they have now corrected.
essentially not a major problem, but the IFOR markings are no longer to be shown on the boxart. Has to do with kit tracks being incorrect for an IFOR vehicle so the options were mould new tracks or delete the IFOR markings. not surprizing that they chose the later.
So if your wonderin what happened to the IFOR markings the mystery is solved.

Just had a peak at the Meng website and have seen the demo pics of the AUF1. www.meng-model.com/index2_new.php?id=201wow....i've changed my mind....that interior detail is very cool, its now 'on the list'... Rich

Not THREE days ago I was poring over some Concord Journals-Of-Armored-Assault books looking at a pile of reference pics of the Auf1...can't WAIT to crack into one of these!
