Thanks for all the feedback and support fellas. I am calling this one done....unless I think of something else to add. I decided to paint the figs eyes so he is looking to the side. Kind of like he's looking at the keep clear sign and thinking, " should I !!" This is about the only thing that works with this fig. Not the greatest paint job but this is only the second I've painted in over ten years. The hornet heads are on the must have list. The fig is on the base to show the size of the JT...and to fill that corner. Thanks for following along on this project and all the moral support. Next up the JP and something a bit different. Rob

Yes........It's what I started to do for my website. I had one technique posted in the how to page and just never got around to doing more of this. Some was done on the E75 as well.

Lost it but it's back, somewhat. The fig and some other things turned me off but that's pretty much life ey. I have some civilian figs I'd like to do sometime so I need to practice my face painting. Like I said, the hornet heads are at the top of my to get list. Can't wait to see your JP spud. I'll be doing a burnt out Panther that has zimm, and a tiger(?).

If it was me, I'd be thinking & quot;how can I get that home".....ok ok. more like "hhmm, how can I paint rust on a model to look like that !" I'd be thinking- "If I save one of those paint chips, (60 years from now) I can be the king of all modeling website flame wars!" ;D Or- "I need to look up the latest Waffenpruef memos to determine the date of manufacture of this beastie! Why, Oh Why can't they build a Sherman with enough room for a file cabinet?" ;D Steve
