Fantastic finish and those ferns really set it off. I used someones detail on my Quad doors and I kept thing it was your detail of the door I followed but I cant find the first part of this build anymore to verify that.

Bones, please check "Rust buckets" section, my topic is "Ford FAT". I hope you find what you need. I started the diorama build for the Ford FAT in diorama section to keep things organized but now I'm afraid it's a bit un-organized.
Andy, I'm not sure if I have to add more to the diorama, in my opinion it's quite in balance ?
T, I like to share it with the best buddies in the world of modelling !
Leon, thanks !

Andy, that's a big compliment my friend !
Steve, I make more pics tomorrow, let's hope the sun won't be hidden behind the clouds !
Dupes, it's Green Line (Fredericus Rex).
Toby, a quite mood, that's exactly what I was aiming for, I'm glad you put it that way.
Paul, thank you !
Dicky, thanks mate, you're right on the foliage but I also like to keep the lower part of the wreck visible, it's hard to decide if I continue or stop now. I think there's kinda forestal serenity in it at this point and I like it. Choices...
More soon friends ! AG.

Luigi, I've added more photos to my personal 2013 gallery, I'll be old when the sun starts to shine again.
Wout, the groundwork was absolutely a joy to build up, from birch seeds to Green Line oak leaves and the ferns were (I quote Dicky) FERNTASTIC ! (I quote Nate) PURE FERNICATION !

Had followed this build up until near the end/before the base, but didn't get around to commenting on the final shots...sorry Guy. Well what can I say that hasn't been said by the others. The base really sets the scene and I love the ferns. The rusty metal is about as close to the real thing as you can get in a model.
All around a fantastic piece Guy.
