First of all I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy 2014 with many modelling pleasure. I wanted this model for a very long time, the Brach kit was to expensive for me, so this one from Hobby Boss was welcome. The very detailed interior with motor goes together very well. While the primer was drying I wanted to begin with the superstructure, The ammo storage and fighting compartment. But when I compared the kit with photo's of the real thing I noticed that something was wrong.. The kit is made left and right symmetric , but that is not so. The Brach kit is in this correct. So some adjustments are needed.. The ammo box on the back is to deep, the left side plate where the antenna sits is OK, the other side and the box structure itself is to wide. I shortened the top plate and removed the side plate and shortened it too, ,keeping the front structure of it. The base plate at the back is not straight like in the kit. I already prolonged the floor plate Here is a picture of the original where you can see the difference of the side plates of the ammo box on the back Thanks Eddy

Eddy i've seen what looked to be three different configuration of the interior. I can't find any photos that really show the complete layout but it's still a pretty nice kit and cheaper than that resin kit.
Have fun Tony lee

Like you Eddy I had to snag one of these as it's a vehicle I've been interested in for a while. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Merry Christmas!

Thanks guys for your nice comments. The last update this year, the major adjustments are done, some small details like some rivets and the hinges and after that it is just following the instructions, I thinking about using the PAK 47 from Dragon from their PZ jager I I have on the shelf. Eddy

I added the radio andsome details in the interior of the fighting compartment, for some I used some parts of old models stowed away for this purpose. Now I am busy with the running gear, the rubber dampers in the kit have square edges, I made them a little rounder. More like this one in a museum Thanks for looking Eddy

Today I finished the gun, I used the Dragon one for more detail and the shield from Hobby Boss because it is thinner. I took some photo's of the dry fit of the main parts Eddy
