Half my family has been down with the Flu, but we finally got together today to open gifts...this is what i got. Ugh. Flu during the holidays is especially irritating. Nice score though! Hope everyone's feeling better.

Sorry to hear your holiday was delayed and especially for that reason. Hope all are on the mend. Here is my last of 2014. Postman showed up with this on New Years Eve. Regards, Rod OMG!!!! Thats one of the sexiest kit boxes EVER....I WANT ONE!!!! What a coincidence. I was thinking that about the "kit". So you buy one, send me the innards, keep the box and everyone of happy.

The in-laws were particularly gracious with the Sprue Brothers gift card this year...so I thought I'd kick off 2015 with a build that absolutely terrifies me.

Very nice Jimmydel. Still debating where or not I want to get the SWS Mustang or the Tamiya offering. Regards, Rod That's a hard one. I built the Tamiya kit (actually ruined the paint with Alclad base coat) and it is still at the top of my favorite kit list. It just falls together. That being said, I actually will grab the ZM kit the next time I decide to build one. I think it's just a matter of what you're looking for. If you like the philosophy of from the ground up the ZM kit would be the winner...but honestly I think either would make you very happy.
