Thank you gents for looking in an the kind and supportive words. I must apologise for the tardyness on this one it kinda got pushed back and back behind other things........ but went and bought some paint!! and with the AB out yesterday for the jeep, I thought why not... So an overall coat of panzer grey, then a coat of Tamiya XF27 black green, which is where I'm at! Apologies for the lighting, hasn't really brought out the colour very well this will be followed by XF67 nato green to add a little more interest, the sandy grey tone will be provided by XF14, forgot just how smelly tamiya paints were........ wheres me lifecolour lol

Thanks fellas
Dicky, the second shot is in daylight, still figuring my way around the new box of imps, photography is not my forte. The black green is fairly dark and unphotogenic! Have hit it now with NATO green and looks a lot better, hopefully post tomorrow.

Bill, Andy thanks guys, As to Facebook Andy your welcome, I like to get to know peeps better, makes for more of a community I feel, so any one fancies looking me up,.... feel free......... Right onwards, shot the Nato green as mentioned earlier, nice colour, warm, should add a nice contrast to the camo, I'm still not 100% with the lighting, two images with differing settings, must sit down with the destruction book and figure out a more specialised set up methinks. Enough waffle........ Hopefully get the chance to shoot the camo later today when the lad has woken from his nap???!!!

Lovely looking vehicle Vlad and a lovely looking build too.
Just noticed you spray the wheels while they are still on the sprue, what do you do about the seam when you take them off the sprue?
Whats with them two little boats mate ?

Andy, Bill, Sabre, Heico and last but not least Deano, thank you fellas for the very kind and enthusiastic words, will work on getting some better photos as these suck!! and don't do the kit justice! Next up tracks many many many many many many many many many many many parts...................... Robbo, gonna single you out as you have asked lol I am still getting to grips with painting, and was trying a different technique, spray the body colour then hand paint the tyres, thus clean up occurred later...... just trying out and seeing what works, tbh there really is not a lot of clean up on these wheels anyhow....... The small boats...................... lol I am soon to start a 1/72 flower class corvette, I have a huge amount of stuff from GLS and it includes replacements in resin and PE for these two boats, so these two boats were assembled and then given to Dante to play with in the bath, thus why they are in the picture lol I knew saying they were part of the T-90 wasnt gonna work for too long cuckoo

So I made a start this week on the first track run, a few hours of tedious part removal an clean up then assembly The handy jig/ tool that Meng supply is............... useless!! I want to get tracks assembled quickly, six links at a time is not my idea of fun! And assembling with the second run of six links attached above via the horns is about as much fun as having teeth pulled, forget that!!! So I seperated all of the horns an clipped them to the links in runs of ten, 81 required per side..... we will see lol An then started attaching the groups of ten an then the end connectors et voila! And before your old and grey you have this An not a spot of glue used, fabulous!! Right a question for those with modern armour knowledge.......... wat dis trak bitz then out came the AB...... An as you can see, a very nice base, again from Celticwerks, a nice sunken track, of the bricked variety. Some adjustment of the road wheels is required Will add the few decals an start picking out the details

Looks great Vlad , brilliant job on the camo . Sure as much as the tracks are hard work they will be worth it .

Nice progress on the tracks and camo. Can't help you on your question about those track bits, but if I had to guess I'd say they are probably grousers to provide more/better traction in snow/ice?

The tracks and camo look great.
And I believe those track pieces are the rubber pads that they use for tanks on parade on pavement
