Never know where you are going to find a bargain. I recently found these at an ARC donation/thrift store. Most were $2.99-$3.99 each. I also picked up 6 Squadron In Action/Walk around titles and a couple of Osprey "How to model ..." for a $1.50 each. The Panzerspahwagen books are going to be plenty helpful for the 223 Sandstaker build.

One thing I love about used books stores too... great score there!

Has much as I love having all kinds of books on my digital device, this is one thing I am going to miss - going to second hand stores, and scoring great books like these for only a few bucks.

Yeah, I was in disbelief when I saw these mixed in amongst seven copies of Twilight and a 2001 web design manual. A couple of weeks ago I found three boxes of 1/35 Verlinden figures at a different store.

Sometimes, you just get lucky! Thrift stores are also useful for finding oddly shaped plastic items for conversion to SciFi models. My kids still use a reasonably good microscope I once found for $11.

There are a couple "terrain game" guys on YouTube, that do incredible stuff with those oddly shaped plastic items, that will blow your mind. -Steven

You never can have enough books. Only too little shelf.
