I printed up a ACU camo pattern on decal paper. I sprayed the print with a sealer to set the ink. But when I tried to put the decal on the figure I wanted to put it on the decal stayed nicely, but you could not see the ACU camo pattern that good at all. Did I make the ACU camo pattern to small? Should I enlarge it a bit? If you have any helpful tips, hints or tricks could you please let me know. Thank You.

It probably needs a white undercoat. It is customary to print white under the ink on decals. Try it and see if there is any improvement.
