Almost there... short version: -black primer -GunMetal -GunMetal/Chrome 50/50 -Maskol + Sponge -dark green - own mixture -lighter dark green (bleached areas on top) -Decals -lettering by hand -filtering, filtering, pinwashing, pinwashing. Seems the tank has been captured from enemy troops - thats why the Balkenkreuz on the front hast an olive greenish background. On the side you find a little crest which looks pretty similar like the one of my hometown - yet its not the very same.        |

Btw, nice weathering on the enamel paint pots! The Crawler looks cool, finely weathered and detailed (I would have given him even more dirt and grime, but thats a matter of personal choice. Could imagine seeing him in the jungle!) Love the figures a lot! The little creep reminds me on the main figure painted in Clive Barkers RAWHEAD REX comic, the face could be nearly the same, without that grin. This figure is really an eye catcher! Allow me one little critic in specific: The Base of it. I would prefer something more natural. But hey, it´s me!

Aaaah, now I know what you mean. @frank: Yeah, the base was a bit difficult - firstly, I made another one (see above), and it was partly destroyed, unfortunately. The cog wheel is a compromise, I found some cork for example, that one gives a more natural look - like stone. |
