I had just a little bit of time at the bench tonight and decided to do some assembly on this Dragon DAK Tiger 1. This is the first Dragon Tiger 1 that I have worked on. My intent right now is to build vehicle "141". I will say that the Dragon instruction sheets are very busy and you definitely need to pay attention to what you are doing. The torsion bars are installed inside the hull. The road wheels have been removed from the sprue and sanded to remove the wheel mold seam. I have completed this assembly on the rear bulkhead. I had to fill a small gap along the bottom where the bulkhead meets the bottom plate. I also had to fill two small holes at the top of the bulkhead since I'm using the PE shields included in the kit. This will probably be a slowly evolving project as I have some higher priority projects going on.

Like we discussed before I suspect the value of this one will plummet with the new release, so maybe that's the motivation? Either way models are meant to be built. I love DAK Tigers so I'll be watching.

Looks like you're off to a great start! Looking forward to seeing it come to life. Like the others, it's nice to see one of these actually get built for a change.

You DEFINITELY have my attention! Sold that kit for $225 on eBay last winter. It just was too much for me to have it built. LOL Like Anthony said I never have seen one being built. Have fun!
