Got some good color on.      On the bench now getting some dot filtering:  So the base I had picked out would have been good to go if I had working track links as it would have conformed to the base better. Now with the stiff link and length I will make a new one. I could not leave it primed so I went ahead and finished it anyway and will use it for something else.   Off to dot filter and final track fitting, also some small fidlies for stowage..................WooHoo Bob |

Dave - Hey brother. Thank you. Busy busy busy, going to Eds later to pick up a Mini Art base for it. Going to give a shot at winter scenery. Ed got me the precision snow kit for Christmas and I just ordered their Snow wash.
Bill - thanks buddy, problem is it WILL grow in the next 11 months.............God help me!
Andy - HAppy new year buddy. Thank you. The Acadamy Indy kit is quite noce and comes in a deluxe version. As this is the plain jane version I have to order the Big Ed set and barrels. It was going to be the next build but after getting the Orichi M3A3 I may be in trouble..............LOL

Dave - My snow wash arrived the other day adt - thanks buddy Progress has been slow but I think this one is done, at least the tank is. I have been playing around now with bases, made two nice ones but still cannot make a decision. Like this? Your Pz IV is looking great! Air recognition banner is a nice touch! Bet you will be trapped in your man cave for next few days. Grew up in Buffalo I couldn't believe how NC react to snow. One winter we got record snow about 12-15 inches the school was closed for the entire week.

Great work so far on both the tank and the base, Bob. Grew up in Buffalo I couldn't believe how NC react to snow. Unlike Buffalo, we don't get enough snow and ice down here for these idiots to learn how to drive in it. On top of that, the state doesn't budget hardly anything for removal and cleanup. |
