Good evening, Now that the Pz. III is completed, its time to get rid of some smaller kits that are in my stash for more or less long time. One of these is the MasterBox set "Head to the Huey!" - a small but powerful scene. I excluded one of the five figures already for my 1/32 Terminator scene, and here are the other ones. The camo seems to be quite challenging, and Vietnam is a theme that I havent modeled & painted at all until now. Even the UH-1 I did as a Youngster was a "D" variant of the German Bundeswehr. A quick search of painting the figures brought me this: images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61hqi-u7ReL.jpgQuite impressive! Even a better work imho (because its a big dio): www.afv-news.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/4-1020x655.jpgYeah that should be fun.

Its called "tiger stripe camo"? The first thing I learned additionally - thanks for that Leon. I think I have a palm tree or two left for the vignette, but first I have to watch stuff like "Rambo" or something.

Try not to have too much fun painting tiger stripes camo!!! You really can't go wrong... but those VERY tiny tan lines would be a challenge for me.

Oooookay, thats what I call a good reference. I have some 10/0 marten brushes in my stash and I really rarely need them.
