PE adds a lot to it Lucas, I hear you on the 'try and re-try' approach to PE sometimes.

Blue man group ready for action. A friend was in Overloon this weekend - guess whats showed there? Important detail on the front of the turret btw, does anyone know what these cables or tubes are good for?!

Blue men look great Lucas! No clue as what the tubes are for.

Hm, Ill ad them nevertheless - nothing beats an original picture. So much for "adding welding seams and ready for paint".

Looking good Lucas! Those tubes look placed to clean off bird crap, bugs, etc. from the pilot's viewport. No idea what they really are for...but they will make a cool detail to add for sure.

Makes sense somehow. Could be some kind of headlight as well - so many possibilities. Holes are drilled, profile is ready for cutting.

Looks like you're all set to sling some paint at the Beaver! The old guy with the dog approves of your weld seams.

Perfect Plastic Putty worked very good for the welding seams, btw. Just a small brush and small tape (for straight lines) is needed, and the putty of course. It was my first try.
Paint is on btw, washing will be next.

Coming together nicely Lucas! Every time I see the size of this thing, I can only imagine what the training must've been like for the pilot/operators. First question: How tall are you? Second question: How do you feel about working in confined spaces?

It looks great painted!!! Do you realize it doesn't come with working toilet? They have to relieve themselves inside into a pot and throw outside into the ocean every time they come up for air... LOL

Before the last pic I asked myself: Hey, were is the creature that maybe sinks the boat. And then, voila, you show the boy in his car! Sorry Dude, could not resist to say it this way. Harhar! Btw, from what kit is the youngster? Looks really cool!
