15th Century Merchant (Bust)

Hello all.

I have just completed this resin bust in what I think is 1/12th scale. It was sculpted by Robert Lane who produces it as part of his Elan 13 range.

This is a very cleanly produced model, I encountered hardly any flash in the preperation stage, the only work was a touch of filler in the left hand eyeball, nothing to write home about.

I used my usual acrylic paint combo, Scale 75, Andrea & Vallejo were used. I mounted this guy on a brass tube which was mounted in a home made MDF/Veneer base.

For my references I looked at various artists work; Hans Holbein etc.
