OK, I'm wanting to take some heat off you (from the wife). Plus I have an idea how much pressure your getting for that way too big of a pile of kits!
What I'm after is a pair of TriStar Marder IId kits and a pair of Marder IIIh kits. Surely somebody has them piled up on the "shelf of doom." Would prefer kits located in CONUS if possible. I'm also open to trades.

Sounds like you've got something cooking there Gary! I don't think Tristar ever did a Marder II-D though...maybe you're after the Bronco kit for that one?

They did di a IId as well as the IIIh and maybe one more. Fighting Joe has just about got me convinced into doing a cut away. The kits come with everything but the engine, and there is an after market one out there. I will probably use one out of a Tri Star 38T kit. I kinda want the IId kit most of all, as it has the Russian 76.2 main gun. gary

Since Hobby Boss picked up all the TriStar molds, you should be able to get one that way if you can't get your hands on the original boxes. Their 38t interior sets are pretty sweet, but don't know if those will also be re-released.

I did pick up the PzKw IV./L48 assault gun a few weeks ago, and it seems to be a great kit. So far no Marders yet. gary

Man, I can't find a Tristar Marder IId reference anywhere. Are you sure they made one? I see Broncos and Alans galore...and non-d version Dragon kits.

If not, I'll go the Bronco route. Did see it on HLJ for $36, and they have the new M4a2 Sherman from Asuka for $43. I think I've found a IIIh Marder from Tristar I might add. gary

Went up to Andy's neighborhood (where all the rich folks live) awhile ago, and bought the Tri Star flak panzer. It has everything. Wish their Panzer IV's came with an interior like the 38T family. Gary
