Good evening. I like to paint figures. I like the steampunk genre. What could be more satisfying to paint a steampunk bust again? This was my first one: modelerssocialclub.proboards.com/thread/8690/steampunker?page=1Its time that he gets a female bust on his side. Scale75 has a great range of steampunk busts and figures (and some others too of course). Here comes Jessie.

Phew. Pretty hot in my working room, and besides theres lots to do around (rebuilding an 1/1 model named "house" for example, and a 1/48 Draken ). So theres only little effort on this figure. First skin tones are done, and some accents, all done with Vallejo & airbrush, including some decent washings.

Hi Lucas,
Very fine result, great idea with the base. I like very much the skin tones, the leather and metal elements (the right hand looks impressive). I'm not very convinced by the hair, maybe you could try a little variation and some more contrast. Otherwise, I congrat you for another beautifull project finished! Cheers, Nicolae

Youre right - Im not too confident with her hair too. A little more lights here and there should help. Thanks, Nicolae.

Nice work Lucas. A few highlights in the hair would be good. Great work on the base - I really like your bases.

Thanks KiWi. Yes, the hair has been changed and got a little bit more contrast now.
