Hi there  I'll join this group build for a short while. I found a slave 1 easykit (1/160 scale) in my stock and decided to build/paint it a little different: one of the six prototypes at kuat systems engineering test site (star wars legends) as I imagined it. I started this little project on August 14th, low on time atm so there's not much progress. But this is the reason why I build it in-between my bigger projects: seeing some progress even with only 1-2 hours/week at the bench (so don't expect THE project  ) Pics so far:       (ok, the "no step" isn't really star wars, i might change this )    The cockpit will be open without bridge console, looks more like a test vehicle. Still WIP, I'd like to repaint the figures, there's still another hole to fill with greebles, the gun hardpoint needs some putty and so on. |

 Some more interior greebles.  Looks steampunky   Mounted.  Some intruments on the hull.  One side of the weapons slot wil show an extended hardpoint without weapon.  Hold on tight! Merken |

Thanks for watching and commenting! One point was mentioned: the english decals should better be written in Aurebesh (the kind of letters used for any text in the original movies). Maybe I'll change this. Actually I would have to print a complete A4 decal paper for two very small signs only, this hurts a bit, so maybe I'll wait until I need more decals for another project. |
