And it begins. A major bench clean up and paint organization. Sprues all organized and ready for action.

So? Finished build pics yet? ...I'd settle for a cockpit, even.

This is the REAL dark side of the hobby. The verbal assault. Marc, I am slowly working on the engines and wheel wells. Actually following the instruction book for change, more or less. Waiting for a delivery for stuff needed for the cockpit.

I was going to apologise for being late to the party, but it hasn't really kicked off yet, has it? At this rate I'll be running out of snacks before styrene/glue interface occurs...

Dierk. Nope you're not at all later. Waiting for a delivery for stuff needed for the cockpit. What did you get? Waiting for the AMK upgrade set with improved PE and decals, landing gear and I think tinted canopies too, the MIG Russian cockpit paint and weathering set and G-Factor brass landing gear. I know I am doubled up on the LG but will pic the better of the 2.

had a discussion with Victory Models a week ago, and my upgraded kit shout be here around the 25th of next month. They have a bunch of kits on the way if anybody wants one. Has the tinted canopies, metal landing gear (said to be better than G-Factor), expanded decals & photo etch. This kit cost about $10 more, and well worth it. gary

Actual gluing!
Looks good, buddy. Are there any scheme options with this thing? Or "just gray"?

And of course... gray
