Here is a Revell 1/48 Hornet in Blue Angel colors that I recently completed as a comission. Paint is MM enamel Blue Angel blue and yellow for the wing and fin tips. I shot several coats of MM clear gloss enamel and let it sit for 5 days or so then used Simoniz Haze Remover to polish away the orange peel. The result was a glass smooth finish. I used the kit decals but in retrospect it would have been better to use thinner after market ones. Solvaset did a good job in snuggling them down.

Ooooo... SHINY! Nice finish. But... don't forget to take the sponges out of the intakes.

Thanks guys. LOL wn, was wondering when someone would catch that. I forgot to take the spongy thingies out for the pictures. They do a great gob in keeping overspray out.
