Hello all, here is my latest completed model. It is a 54mm White metal model of a Norman Knight of Antioch in 1268. It is from Elite Miniatures and is sculpted by Raul Lattorre. I built it OOB and painted it with my usual acrylics, for the chain mail I used dark and light greys and dry brushed on Vallejo Gloss varnish to give a dark metalic effect, I then used a tiny ammount of Vallejo silver to accentuate some hilgh points. The figure was a joy to paint and right outside my usual range. I hope you enjoy and thanks for popping by. Dennis

Hi Dennis!
Great to see another fine project you've done. Despite its age, I still appreciate this figurine, look, for example, what an impressive face to which you've done justice! I like your heraldry choice, big like for how you treat the scenery. Everything is very well done and suggesting the atmosphere! BRAVO! Nicolae

Thanks everyone I appreciate your kind remarks. Capfue the base is not part of the kit, I made it out of MDF and Super Sculpy, when all base painting and drilling was completed I veneered the base. Steve the blue on this figure if my memory's to be believed is from the Andrea Blue Set.
