The USMC took a few of these to China way back when. Meng's kit painted with a mix of Tamiya acrylics. The decals are from two different "Yellow Wings" sets and are actually period aircraft markings. They replicate what few photos are found quite well. G

Thank you sir! Yup, 1927 Tsetsen China. They are the US version called simply "6 ton tank". I didn't modify the kit on this build. The next one I will change things like the gun mantlet and exhaust to better reflect the real thing. G

Where did you get the USMC decals or did you hand paint them yourself? Also, I was wondering if you knew why the tail was left off the tank?

Brent, The decals are from a 1/48 scale "Yellow Wings" aircraft set 48-013. The "US Marines" are from a another Yellow Wings set, 48-039. 8-039 just a sheet of "US Marines" in various sizes.
