Now all parts are glued. Just need to do some touch-ups here and there. Final photos will follow. But what I can say about the kit: The fit is good. Dryfitting is sometimes necessary, since the instructions are ok but sometimes hard to understand (or its just me). The sprue attachment points are ok and far better than the ones for the BMW R12 also from IBG. The details are nice, but a few things are missing. But nothing that can´t be added with basic modelling skills. Dirk

IBG Models BMW R12. Finished this one, but getting there was tough. Plastic is too soft; sprue connections needed a saw to get the parts off the runners. Fit is aweful. Not recommended! Added some wires and a bit weathering. Dirk

Since I totally dislike the spokes of the IBG bike, I switched to plan b. Just ordered the Voyager PE set PE35093 and the Zvezda R12. (the bike and the Scammell are going to be displayed together)

Excellent result Dirk! What did you use for the rope? Looks good! The rope is a household product I found while scaning through my wifes knitting accessories. I just sprayed it with hairspray and then Tamiya XF-57 Buff.
