Hey all, you may or may not already know that long time and inaugural member of Baycolony Historical Modelers, passed away recently. If you knew Hal then you are aware of his extensive knowledge on all things Luftwaffe, and of course, P-47's which were his favorite aircraft. As a result, our club has decided to create an annual "Hal Marshman Sr. Award." This year it will be Any Luftwaffe Aircraft in 1/48 scale. I plan to start mine soon. Give it your best shot and hope to see you all there.

Hal was a great guy..... I think he was probably the first person I met IN person from the club and he made me feel very welcome. As you said he was an authority on those things jug. Looks like Ill have to make a purchase..  ) |
