Hey fellas!
While I am still picking up the pieces from the Wonderfest show and gearing up for the IPMS show in Omaha at the end of next month....A little something fell into my lap! Flyhawk's new M1A2 SEP Main Battle Tank. I was asked if I would take a look at the kit prior to its release and give an evaluation...that was a no-brainer of an answer..."of course"! As part of the review I built it to see how things went together...which was excellent btw. Only thing to do with a built model will be to paint it, right? LOL I figured I would share some of this with you as I work my way through the paces.
One of the high points for me is the anti-skid this kit has!
Nothing out of the ordinary for Flyhawk with this kit! Parts are clean, detailed and just fall together!
Last night I had some time to lay down the primer!
I was actually looking for my IDF color...but it seems I misplaced it in my travels as of late...LOL Oh well...black it is!
