HI, guys. Just recently started F6F-3 Hellcat from Airfix (ex. ARII/Otaki). It's well known as quite accurate in shape but with simplyfied cockpit and engine. I'll try to keep it in tight budget and some scratch build will be done.  Scratch built seat from thin plastic. As a template I used a photo etched detail from Lions Roar.  |

Pretty cool build......This is one of the few Airplane do hickey things I have built, otaki version, I think it was.

Looks great George. Replacing the airfix engine and your wiring of it makes a huge difference.
