Hi all;
Any ideas on what 1/35 figgies are close to IDF soldiers during the six day war. Any info would be great.

That's a tough one....I know Valkyrie had a few sets from different eras...I think the closest would have been the Yom Kippur war.

Thanks Todd, ill check it out. The uniforms almost look like US early Viet Nam............sort of.

I wonder if if early US VN figs would work as long as you have the right gear to support it. Took another look around and Sabinga Martin has a couple tankers that might fit the bill - www.sabingamartin.com/index.html There is another set form Hobby Fan too I believe!

You might look at Dragons new Six Day War releases for figures & equipment. IIRC, most of the stuff tied to the outside of IDF vehicles is US WWII surplus.

Todd - thats what i was thinking.
Joel - i have the dragon idf series but no figs in any of the kits. They may in th future.
I have figgies for 80s to 90s from Meng probably good for modern IDF as well
