bought the kit a week or so ago, and finally took a good look at it. One of their best efforts to my eyes. My kit is the tropical version, and was wondering if I can build a regular Hurricane for the Battle of Britain. If not, then I'll do a N. Africa Hurricane. gary

I believe you can make a Uk Hurricane from the kit but you’ll need different decals. Just replace the trop filter with the standard one, it’s on the sprue somewhere I’m told.

I have several sheets with Hurricane decals on them, but never had a need for them. I do highly recommend this kit! Plan on getting a couple more at the dirt cheap price they go for. Waiting on two Airfix Spitfire MK.V's, and ought to see them next week sometime. I really shy away from opening up the bagged spru's till I am serious about a build. Now I need to find my Hurricane shop manual! gary
