Nice start. I wished the weather would go really south down here so I could build right now.

Great seeing you're still at the bench, and with a M3 Tonlee nonetheless! Actually just traded a stash kit for one with a friend! Looking forward to seeing this one get some color!

Building this one makes me want to build the Grant, early M3 and a Stuart too.Oh yea and that recovery M3. The only thing standing in the way is cold damp weather and MONEY. Uncle Tony

Looks like a sweet kit and a fine assembly to boot. I do have the Takom M-31 in the stash, seems like it'll be a good kit when I get around to it. Now I guess I'll have to get one of these too you are a bad influence on me
Regards, Mark

Good job Tony! Seen quite a few of these built with tons of filler, and not managing to make the tracks meet up. Must get round to finishing my early Lee - stalled because I decided to add PE...

Dierk I don't know why they would need filler but the tracks are short one link on each side following the instructions BUT there is extra links on another sprue that are not mentioned or shown on the instructions. The upper hull is not something you can just throw together as if it were a Tamiya kit. Thanks All Tony lee

The Drive Housing and upper Turret were to slick for casting so I added some texture to them. Later Tony lee

The figure is from a Tamiya kit. He was looking through a set of binoculars so I repositioned his arms and gave him a Thompson. Hope your weekend is a good one Tony lee

Sharp work on the Lee so far Tony, can't go wrong with that straight OD finish.
