Bill Thank you kindly my good man. This last year, I it seems I have finally gotten a grip on the AB I've been using for the last several years. It all seems to be "clicking" now. Yellow 10 now has all of its markings and landing gear installed. There is still some touch up yet to be done due to overspray/spiders.
Eduard has done a commendable job engineering the landing gear for the 190. For myself, it has always been a tricky endeavor getting the LG to mirror each other. Especially with the inward and forward cant of the LG. Add to that the 8º offset of the wheels from the long axis of the LG main strut, and keeping the wheels parallel to the long axis of the fuselage. So, Yellow 10 will be up "on the blocks" for at least 24 hours until the glue has thoroughly cured. Today, I snapped the second pitot tube off. So, I built the replacements out of what I should have in the first place. Stainless steel tubing and wire.

Leon Thank you buddy. Bill Thank you kindly my good man. Joelsmith It certainly does. Wait till you see what I did with Rot 4 The census dropped at work today, so they cut me loose early. What did I do you ask? I shot the underside of Rot 4. The white was shot last night, using Vallejo Insignia White. The masking tape is Tamiya 2mm flexible. It scaled out quite close to what I needed. I had to shoot this intermediate pic in outdoor light. This shows just how magenta the initial coats of Vallejo Red is. The first time I used this color I freaked out. The final result. The color is amazing considering what it starts as.

Weathering is mostly done, the cowls and props are now permanent. I shot the exhaust staining today. I am not quite sure I'm done with that part yet. Here is Rot 4
Gelb 10

What? Pics of the toe? Cheers. M
Oh hells no! It'll be pics of the birds. I had been hoping to shoot some pics with outdoor lighting, but we've a lot of fires going on right now in the region. So, the lighting is a dirty orange haze. Has been for some time now. Then there's the s***y air quality.
