Hello all, I have stuck with the Troop 54 range of figures for my next offering. This time I have strayed across the Atlantic to depict a Zouave of Wheat's Rifles in the CSA of 1861. I have used acrylics from the Andrea, Scale 75 and Vallejo ranges. It is an OOB the ground work is my own mixture of static grass, paint brush bristles, the tree stump comes as part of the base. This was a challenging paint job at least the trousers were I based them loosely on the Don Troiani picture of these soldiers. Thank you for popping by I hope you enjoyed him. Dennis

Great figure, we forget that the ACW had some colorful uniforms, not just blue and grey.
