Burnt out Sturmtiger wreck - Finished

[406 Silverado]

I started this Sturmtiger some time ago but had to shelf her, but now she's back on the bench. Original plan was out of the box but I wanted missing tools, track guards front/rear flaps etc so I had to do a bit of scratch work. Also added torch cuts and some small weld beads.

I'm also utilizing a base I had started for a Panther but never used. I figured a quick build and base to work on while waiting for dio products to arrive from The Scenic Factory so I can get started on my Centurion jungle dio.

Thanks fellas. More progress today. Took a break to let the base color dry but after hitting the gym I went and slapped some camo on the girl. I also added a filter and pin wash. Tomorrow I'll start to tackle the burnt or, charred and rusty areas. Wheels and tracks have primer and some base color, will tackle that as well tomorrow.

Very well done, as usual Rob. I can smell the corrosion from here. I also get the feeling of satisfaction gained with wrapping up a shelf queen, like reuniting with a long-lost cousin.
