Been following this one. Looking good so far. I have a couple of those small PZ I tanks in the stash and one is 90% built, might have to finish it after seeing you bang this one out.

Quick base. Celluclay mixed with water and carpenter's glue. Kitty litter, play sand and pumice attached with dilute Matt media. Tank tracks added using plastic wrap to keep groundwork from sticking to the tracks.
