Here is my model of Andrea"s Custer"Son of the Morning Star" in 54mm scale. It is a copy by Andrea of their 90mm model, it is produced in metal as is the original. I used acrylic paints. It was a treat to paint. Enjoy and stay safe. Dennis

Excellent job Dennis!
How about adding a "US" branding on the left foreleg?

Thanks Tobi, I am not sure who owned the horse Custer is mounted on, this horse Vic ( short for Victory) was one of a string of horses Custer used on the operation that ended at the Little Big Horn battle. Custer changed mounts a number of times every day to ensure he had a fresh horse under him so he could cover a lot of ground, the Officers and Troopers of his command had to do with just the one GI horse. Some men resented Custers mobility. So you can see why I did not 'brand' Vic.
Cheers mate stay safe.
Dennis
