After I did the Autocar log truck I had a dump box laying about with no home. One day in the LHS I spotted this kit for less than twenty bucks so home it came to be converted into a dump truck. There was quite a bit of scratching done here, cab windows, stacks, engine/frame details, brake cans, etc. along with hiding evidence of the model's Snap-Tite origins. Pretty fun project overall that did not fight me too hard

In the 4th picture, what did you use to make the two metal hose fittings?

I used Evergreen tube and Plastruct hex rod cut to appropriate lengths. They're a bit overscale but 'twas as close as I could find
