I remember these kits. A 22" long kit definitely puts it in the BIG category. Very well built, detailed out and painted.

There are so many products for groundwork on the market today, what do you prefer? I like the sandy structure you achieved here.

I have this smaller kit sitting built but unpainted in a box. I have been thinking about painting it as a worn out old mining supply vehicle just to be different….

There are so many products for groundwork on the market today, what do you prefer? I like the sandy structure you achieved here. Very, very low tech. Charcoal briquette dust from my Webber dusted over a fiberboard painted with Elmers glue. I do like it came out.

Chromdome, I like your idea about painting as a worn out workhorse.
I have 2 more 22 inch eagles, Cargo and lab module. Also the new 14 inch eagle.

It's a few, I might have to start culling the stash a bit.
