Hi chaps, great show and a very stiff comp. I entered the E10 in armour class and done very well to get Silver.there were loads entered and i didnt exspect to win.Then my Tiger 1 got silver in dio,s.Again loads of entry,s so very pleased with that.As Ken said only two awards per category was a bit tight and no best of show awards. Had a great day though so thats the main point .

Some people apparently thought the judging was a bit strange,a bit of in house type thing.I dont know who won the golds in armour or dio,s. No notice on winning models in comp hall ,they just called out the winners in the main hall so if you looked in the comp room you didnt see any winners models.

dont go on face book so i wont see those. I had a great day guys and winning something just adds to the fun.Tiger 1 getting silver and blissful ignorance failing to score when it got peoples choice and best of show in its last outing just goes to show we all have different tastes and thats what makes comps exciting.
Didnt buy a single kit,man i am getting good at this self control thingy

Brilliant, thanks for posting Andy the E10 with the colour modulation really caught my eye and the builder should be very pleased with the finish with that . Now I have been nice do you have anymore shots of the NVA (East German Army) diorama ?

Next pic was one of the junior entrys in the comp room,It was awsome for a kids model





As you can see the venue was packed, this is a shot from halfway down the hall. Along with a halway full of models which i didnt get any pics and a seperate large room for the comp which again im sorry i only got a few pics of the comp before it really started getting busy.There were some lovely models i didnt get including a super Leopold model but i had taken my camera back to Kens car to offload it after i put my entrys in the comp. Hope you enjoy what i did get,Andy.
