That is a great kit. I did that one a couple years ago. Really nice job. It was the first time I used Revell email enamels ( who thought up that name??) Anyhow great job - some of the recent Revell auto kits are off the hook awesome.

This my interpretation of the classic Land Rover Defender. Kit is not heavily modified, save for the passenger window slid forward. almost all paints used except for the tail lights, indicators and matt gloss are Tamiya acrylic and oil based. Indicators and tail lights are Testors acrylic. Matt gloss is Mr. Hobby, Mr. super clear semi gloss. Build was straightforward, only callout is the exhaust downpipe, if you attach it to the manifold you cannot get the interior segment installed on the chassis. Please enjoy and let me know if you want to see any more pics. THERE he is!!! I love this build from you Mark! Plenty of detailing and a change of pace for auto subject matter.

Yep that is a Land Rover all right. Very accurate use of figures. LOL I will be doing some weathering on this so the mechanics have something to fix, you are right though it is a Landy so job security.
