Thanks a lot. Forums are way more fun than FB. I prepared a second article for FSM by the way.

Thanks a lot. Forums are way more fun than FB. I prepared a second article for FSM by the way. I've been on FB a couple of times through my wifes account just to see what it was all about and didn't like the layout. I've stayed on forums the whole time as a result. I like the format alot more and it seems to flow better. When is that article coming out?

I think it 's coming out in August. It describes a frame enclosed diorama. I guess i will post it too.

Very fine piece of work. How did you achieve the crackled paint on the hood? I've experimented in the past, but found no technique so far that I really liked.

You can achieve crackled paint by using Tamiya - Gunze - AK real colors diluted with windows cleaner instead of the company thinner. Then you use water ( hairspray method ).

You don't see me on facebook I prefer forums is a bit more personal. Nice piece of modeling on the PU and MOebius has a few nice kits that fit well.

Wow! That is an amazing build. Your effects are superbly done and incredibly realistic. I remember your article and how impressed I was when reading it.

Wow, that is quite a piece. Not overdone and very realistic. Can’t wait until you restore it. ;^)
