WOW! You are very brave to tackle this kit! A friend of mine gave me a metal kit few years ago and I don't think I will ever want to build it so if you want it then it's yours!!! Its some car from 1930's by Hubley.

It is not that difficult, but it does take a lot of time to clean the parts properly, the fit itself is fine, fortunately.
Thanks for the offer Andy, but if I build something other than a motorcycle, it will be a plastic model :-)

I gathered some courage again and got 3 parts in place :-) The starter motor and a thing above it (doint remember the name) and the battery. A few power cables with a PE clamp and a few screws and bolts to secure the cables later. I secured the battery with a 2K glue because the rear fender will also be attached here soon, so it should be firmly attached.

YESS!! Good to see this one back in action again Ron!! You never disappoint with all the additions as far as detail is concerned. Blowin' minds one update at a time.

Thanks for the responses guys. The model requires a lot of patience and that is something I don't really have much of, so occasionally the model is put aside for a quick project, but now we go straight to the end

I'm not a biker, never have been. But, I do love the look of some of these machines and the older ones especially. This one is amazing and your work is extraordinary. I would happily build kits like this. COOL!!!

Second to last update. Not really 100% satisfied, I was a bit afraid to go through the varnish, normally no problem, but now I have to deal with these special decals and my mixed color red. Next model will be better now that I know what needs more attention than a plastic kit.

It looks great from here! I'm looking forward to seeing this all bolted together. With the attention to detail you give these bikes it's going to be spectacular

What a neat project. I can only add that I have nothing to add. Wow.
I remember building some metal cars/roadsters way back in the 60s, but nothing like this.

Small score of the Crocker. I thought I would finish it this month, but it involved more work than expected, especially drilling and not the most fun job to do with those painted parts. What I have learned for the next MFH is to think further ahead and sort the parts even better, you learn by doing.

Thanks guys for the responses.
It was a kit that I learned a lot from and good construction to prepare for the BSA, but now I have to finish something else first.
