I avoid zimmeret like the plague too, while accurate for time periob and on some kits, ie " Elefants/ Ferdinans" if done improperly it takes a good build and trashes it. IMO. Panthers are some of the coolest tanks built, I like them almost more than Tigers, something about the lines that scream lethal to me. Looking forward to the Panther GB coming up....yes back to back Panthers are in order. Salt from my understanding is used to simulate chips, scuffs, and " hard edge" scratches, I have not stepped up to try it yer but I have seen some very well done examples. Looks like a practice makes perfect situation.

You've definitely picked out the details on this build very well Mike. I agree with you on the flame dampeners looking better back there. It sets it all off like a set of chrome exhaust tips does on auto builds.
