Tracks!
And starting to look like finished Panther.
Still have a pretty lengthy punch list though...

Magnificent build, Dave. The camou, detailing, weathering, makes for a ferocious kitty.

Thanks for pumping up my ego! LOL
Anyway, I appreciate the comments. I'm getting close to calling it done. I think I'll stare at it for a while and see what needs fixin' and how much more effort I'm willing to put into it at this point.
Lemme know if you see anything I missed. (The antenna is not tipped backward, it is straight. Must be the lens on my phone camera...)

It looks absolutely fantastic to me Dave. Again, I am no armor modeler so I am not sure there is more for you to do. If you are happy with it then that is all that matters. What I can tell you is that you are me the confidence in building my Panther that I do not need to weather the ding dong out of it to make it look the part. I really like the fairly light hand approach you have taken.

It really came out GREAT!!! I really can't see anything for you to do more. If you really want to do more, then add a figure?

Unless you’re planning to add figures or a base, it sure looks finished. And you have done a masterful job on this build! Everything looks great!

Dang it Dave! This is sick!! Just a fantastic finish up on this beast with all the detail, paint and weathering work. I do enjoy reading through your build threads as there's always a TON of useful information in regard to techniques throughout.

I haven't built an armor kit in many many years, but if I do in the future I will be referencing this build for some of the very detailed tips you gave while you crafted this. Congrats on an awesome looking Panther! I love the weathered finish on this!

Gorgeous Panther HP. Bravo! Thanks, Carlos - glad you like it. Congrats, great job, don't forget to post your best three pics in the build gallery Thank you, Tony. For sure. I suppose it is only right that the Ausf Ds are the first ones... That’s some really nice work. Well done!! Thanks, Kyle. I appreciate your support throughout. Dang it Dave! This is sick!! Just a fantastic finish up on this beast with all the detail, paint and weathering work. I do enjoy reading through your build threads as there's always a TON of useful information in regard to techniques throughout. Thanks, Joe. I try to put something useful in there. Glad you appreciate it. For sure it is mutual. If I ever build an auto subject I am sure to crib some of your techniques. Absolutely fantastic Panther Dave. I feel as though you have nailed it. Nice way to cross the finish line. Thanks, Joe. I can't believe it only took me 2.5 months! LOL I haven't built an armor kit in many many years, but if I do in the future I will be referencing this build for some of the very detailed tips you gave while you crafted this. Congrats on an awesome looking Panther! I love the weathered finish on this! Hey handi. I haven't learned your real name yet, but it is just a matter of time. Thanks for the comments and I'm glad that it may help you in the future. It's supposed to be fairly new to the AO - being maybe a soft battle into Zitadelle, but I still feel it is missing something. Maybe a dust coat or something. I did learn that the Matt coat I used made the colors look sorta "wet". not glossy, but maybe the color is more saturated? Thanks Tobi. Been missing your comments. Ya gotta set me straight when I stray. LOL Great job on the Panther Dave! Always a pleasure to have you along Leon!
