Joe's a friendly guy so not too unusual (406 Silverado). My name is Jay and I am a longtime modeler. Primarily aircraft in 1/32 and 1/48 but do other things once in a while. I prefer Luftwaffe stuff but have been branching out more of late. For instance I have built three Tamiya F-14s in the last two years and am working on two more currently. Such a great kit I can't get enough of it. Bf109 is still my favorite plane though and I do a lot of those in both scales. My main forum is Large Scale Planes but looking forward to this one.

Welcome aboard Jay. You'll fit in fine. I myself am an armor modeler, but when I go astray for aircraft I prefer 1/32, perhaps because it is close to 1/35.
