Hello, the tiger is finally ready, the basic kit comes from Revell/Zvezda and is quite basic, I upgraded it with PE from Part. The ropes are from Eureka as well as the load, figures from Tristar and chains from Friul. The conversion kit from Schatton. After 6 months of construction, I'm glad it's off the table. Have fun with it.

THAT'S................a REVELL kit??!! You really showed 'em how it's done right there with that build partner!! I mean....it's ALL there!!! The details, the weathering....the PAINT!! This thing has the word "awesome" written all over it Chris. Fantastic work on every level and I appreciate you sharing it with us!!

Excellent construction,painting,and weathering techniques.
I'm assuming this is what if or fantasy,I can't find anything on mine rolling Tigers, nor could I understand why the Germans would need one anyway, being on the defense by the time Tigers were out

Excellent finish on your Tiger! The mine roller sure adds an imposing looking addition to the Tiger. Never knew that such a variant existed. You’ve got a great addition to your collection with this build! 👍🏼👍🏼

Okay, this is way cool Chris. That is definitely a unique and amazing subject. Your paint and weathering on that is quite remarkable. It really makes the detail and realism pop. Your figure painting is excellent by the way. Man, thanks for sharing that with us.

With the Schatton conversion, this is a combination you don't get to see too often. Looks totally strange, but well done Chris.

I really love the added on mine roller! I swear I haven't seen it before. Lovely work on the green camo too.

Now that's cool! I have to admit I never even knew they made a mine clearer for the Tiger1.

I just read the autobiography of Otto Carius, and somewhere buried deep in the middle of the book in one of the chapters, he mentioned a tiger with a mine clearing conversion in his unit. Very unique looking piece of armor.

Hi, I'm new to the club and I've only seen two model's (both of which were yours) and seeing them I know I'm in the right spot. This is one of the finest "Tiger's" I have ever seen!!! Between the minerollers on the front, the way you mounted them to the Tiger's superstructure it's self, that KILLER green camo and the weathering dude, you are a serious Artist!!! Do you have a page on the site where I can see more of your work? Anyway, that is a fine Tiger.
