Academy Panther G 1/35 Man that looks just GREAT Mike. I'm learnin' all kinds of stuff just watchin' you guys build. I started back out in this hobby 12 years ago building aircraft which is actually my first love as far as modeling goes. The only thing is that I didn't feel that my paint work was up to par so I switched over to autos to work on my gloss finishes and...............I accidentally got hooked. So in the meantime for the next 5 or so years I watched other more experienced builders paint aircraft using more robust techniques than I was using in the beginning and was learning the whole process while working on my bettering my automotive modeling skills. It worked out great because the next time I built an aircraft my paint work was frickin' EONS better than it was in the beforehand. That's pretty much the same thing I'm doing while watching all of these armor builds come together in learning building, painting and weathering techniques.

Thanks Joe and Leon. Joe, I like to build airplanes also. But like you can struggle with the paint.

Very impressive Panther. Very cool scheme that you have done an excellent job of painting. So, is that brush painted or did you use an airbrush for that. If it's brush painted then you are quite talented with a hairy stick. The detail painting looks terrific also. What paints did you use to achieve all this?

Great looking finish! You really nailed it on this one. I like how you painted the hull spare tracks in the camo colors, while the turret spare track links are in their protective coating color. Very nice touch!

Almost missed this!! I really love the camo work and the colors. I dig how just one wheel is green while others are not. Too cool!
Thanks for sharing with us so we can stay motivated to build our Panthers for the GB here.

Thank you all, much appreciated and a little humbling. Joe, rattle can base coat and hairy brush camo colors. I haven't heard the term "hairy brush" in quite a while.
