Man that looks GREAT Mark. Ol' Lyle started a thread on this very model today I think. Hopefully he'll see this one and start building on his.

Wow! That truck really looks the part! What a superb job on the painting, weathering, and load! What did you use for the load?

Mark, that is a terrific looking bild, in a well-worn sort of way. Super work.

Thank you all gents when I saw this in the LHS I had to have it as it was different
S the rocks were made with light hydrocal dyed with Woodland Sceinics light grey pigment. I mixed up the goo and placed it in a plastic pan from Albertsons which originally held raspberry bear claws. Once dry I double freezer bagged the casting and beat the piss out of it with a hammer, and presto fake rocks. This method is also effective for making building rubble as the hydrocal can be dyed with any pigment or acrylic paint.

Some serious ingenuity and imagination behind the "rocks" Mark. I dunno if I ever would've thought that one up buddy and they look so dang REAL!!

Thanks guys you're too kind
Andy Wyoming's pretty much given to Dodge 3/4 ton diesel pickups these days, seems to be a contest of who can make the most black smoke taking off from a red light

If your gonna have something dominate your display shelf it should be that. Thanks for the insight on " rocks" as I was going to take a shovel full from my driveway. 3/4ton Dodge diesels... , I refuse to grow up but I have become a bit more sensible over the years. To each their own but yea.....
