So here are a few more of my oldest builds, dusted off and semi repaired. All were built in the late 70’s and then redone on the early 90’s to one extent or another. All were Yellow box Testors/Italeri kits, with the jeep most likely the oldest of this trio. Willys Jeep, with acquired stowage added in the trailer over the years from various sources. M7B1 Priest HMC, still OOB and trying to add stowage and Tamiya figures M4A1 76mm, rebuilt around 2000, currently being upgraded to a one off type seen in a photo. I’ll get photos up of this one when the upgrade rebuild is complete. Still needs new tracks and a few other items…

Despite the old age and being some of your earliest work, these don't look half bad Carlos. They certainly beat any efforts I could've pulled off back then in my early years. I'm most certainly looking forward to the "freshen up".

Reworking all of them helped... My teenage model building was OK, but sure came a long way over the past 40+ years afterwards... But when money was tight, and I could not afford new kits, reworking the old decent ones kept me in the hobby.

I would've been eons ahead of where I'm at now if I would have stuck with it.

Sniff. Targets one and all!
Nice enough though I that would feel a bit bad attacking them.

That ended up only being a half year long break. By the time that I meet my wife after I got off active duty, and all through our dating, early marriage, becoming a cop, having kids, etc. I always kept somewhat involved in the hobby, even during the timesif all I could afford was a bit of paint here and there.

That's usually what was in the trailer behind the First Sergeant's jeep in the field... chow and water... and if your lucky, mail call with a perfumed letter... Very nice M21 by the way. Better than mine that you'll see here eventually...

How great that you still have those! I have a soft spot in my heart for Italeri/Testors.
