Took this picture last year at EAA, I thought some of you Mustang folks might like to see where the fluid ran down the gear door for weathering or just to take a look.

I don't see a stain but I do see the stainless steel rub panels on the inner doors. That is the P-51 that Paul Poberezny had, the founder of EAA.

John, on the top photo you can see some minor fluid standing on the outer surface of the left side wheel door. Kinda hard to spot as it is minor...

I can see it on both doors with the pictures full size. Should have looked closer. Almost looks like it must have happened when the airplane was gear down in a level attitude, like in maintenance. Not blown by the slipstream.
