But also just the shear number of schemes that can be done. I'm kind of this way with P-47s, Bf 109s, Fw 190s, Spitfires, phantoms, Vipers, Hornets Plus I like learning about the individual.pilot |

Call it weathering! Get them ponies on the line! Some of the chipping will be. But I had some areas that paint came off in large flakes. Wife is having her gall bladder out today, so I'll be home with her until Monday. While she's sleeping maybe I'll get some bench time to fix these. |

I've thought long and hard about doing the pre-order for the Eduard Aces of the Eight kit but haven't yet I've turned into a bit of a Mustang junkie. I've got 23 48th scale kits and 29 72nd scale in the stash. 8 48th and 19 72nd built including these 5 |

Brent, Doc said she could eat anything she wanted, but that greasy or fried foods could upset her stomach. She eats really healthy anyways so not a big deal for her |

Well the production is down to 4. The red tail is no more. Had a problem with some paint peeling. Taped and fixed. Went to pull tape and now that was peeling. Nope. All done.

Did we just become best friends?!!!!
I am a fan of these kits...6 built, another 6 stashed. I'm [surprisingly] having trouble finding decals I like. I do like some "cheese-cake" pin-ups!
Curious...only one of the 6 I've built had two straight landing gears, ALL the rest have had one that was bent (right side IIRC). How are yours?

Bent to some degree. Also I can't get the antenna off in one piece to save my life. The boxing I'm using now is the redtail, which seems to have more molding issues. The blue nose boxing I did for my first group was very crisp. |
