5 at once.... Did we just become best friends?!!!! I am a fan of these kits...6 built, another 6 stashed. I'm [surprisingly] having trouble finding decals I like. I do like some "cheese-cake" pin-ups! Curious...only one of the 6 I've built had two straight landing gears, ALL the rest have had one that was bent (right side IIRC). How are yours? Bent to some degree. Also I can't get the antenna off in one piece to save my life. The boxing I'm using now is the redtail, which seems to have more molding issues. The blue nose boxing I did for my first group was very crisp. All the one's I've done and have stashed have been the red tail boxing. After seeing how the antenna is molded...I didn't even try. I just cut my own from thin styrene sheet. |
