Another vignette pulled from the archives, this one being a 1/20 scale Ma.k S.A.F.S mk III suit and soldier, painted up in Vallejo and Citadel acrylics. Groundwork is Silflor grass, dried flowers, and gravel.   Thanks for looking. 🤓 |

I like this one too! It tells another great story. My son used to build those and I hope he does it again one day.

I have seen a couple of Ma.k builds but not put into a scene like this. Very very well done!

The SAFS is so iconic in MaK!
It was the first kit I bought from the series. A friend commented that it looked kind of like a toilet with arms and legs! But I think the odd design, the minimal weaponry (which ran counter to the missile-buffet designs that were prevalent at the time), and the really cool faux kraft paper box really appealed to me.
